We start from the job, never from the technology. Every agent inherits the same base of security, tests and traceability.
Answer without the queue.
Triage, first reply, and escalation inside your existing tools and your own tone of voice.
Qualify more, lose less.
Lead enrichment, call summaries, follow-ups, and a CRM that updates itself.
Recover the invisible hours.
Document reading, controls, data entry, and reports produced without anyone retyping them.
Five steps
to production.
A useful agent is not a prompt. It is a clear boundary, clean data, a test set, and supervision that does not stop at launch.
- Step 01 01
We pick a measurable process, not a topic.
One workshop to fix the boundary, the expected value, and the number that decides success.
- Step 02 02
We prepare and secure the knowledge sources.
Collection, cleanup, access rights, and European hosting settled before anything goes live.
- Step 03 03
A testable agent in two weeks, on your real cases.
A narrow scope, wired to your tools, scored against a test set your team wrote with us.
- Step 04 04
Production inside your tools, with guardrails.
Single sign-on, full logging, human escalation, and explicit limits on every write.
- Step 05 05
We measure, correct, and extend it monthly.
An answer dashboard, a monthly review, and iterations on the cases nobody anticipated.

answers.
How long before a first agent is in production?
Two weeks of scoping, then four to six weeks of build. The first agent covers a deliberately narrow scope so it stays measurable and quick to correct.
Where is our data hosted?
In Europe, with GDPR-compliant providers. Your documents are never used to train a public model, and retention windows are agreed with you during scoping.
Do we need a data or AI team already?
No. Most of our clients start with no in-house AI capability. We build the agent, document how it works, and train the people who will run it.
Which models do you use?
Whichever ones pass your tests. We evaluate several models, proprietary and open source, against your real cases, and stay free to switch without rewriting the agent.
How do you measure that an agent works?
With a business test set written alongside your team, answer scoring in production, and two or three usage indicators fixed during scoping. No numbers, no launch.
What happens when the agent gets it wrong?
Every agent has explicit limits, a human escalation path, and complete logging. A decision can be replayed, the source it used identified, and the rule or document behind it corrected.
Do you work with smaller companies?
Yes, as soon as a repetitive, documented process can be identified. The diagnostic exists precisely to check that an agent is the right answer before any longer commitment.
The scope of an agent: why starting small saves months
Cutting one process down to a single measurable decision is the cheapest way to find out whether an agent is the right answer at all.
Write the business test set before the first line of prompt
How to turn the real cases your team handles every day into pass or fail criteria that survive a model change.
GDPR and the AI Act: what to decide before connecting your data
Legal bases, retention windows and audit trails, in plain language. These are cheaper to settle before a system touches real records.
Wiring an agent into a CRM without breaking the process
Access scopes, reversible writes and guardrails on the actions that touch a customer record.
Describe the process that costs your team the most time. We come back with a first read and an order of magnitude.
