A small studio that ships and then stays.
Neuro designs, ships and supervises AI agents wired into the tools a company already runs. We are deliberately small, we work on one process at a time, and we spend a good part of every engagement talking clients out of the ideas that will not hold.
Most agent projects fail before a line of code, in the gap between what a demo shows and what a Monday morning requires.
That gap is where this studio works. Scoping a process narrowly enough to be measured. Writing a test set with the people who will actually use the thing. Designing the permissions, the approval gates and the rollback path before the happy path, because those are what a security review will ask about.
It is unglamorous work and it is most of the job. It is also why the agents we ship are still running a year later.

Six positions, held in public.
These are not values on a wall. Each one has cost us work, which is how we know they are real.
- 01
Narrow beats broad
One process, scoped until it is measurable. A general assistant wired to everything cannot be tested, approved or rolled back — so we do not start there, whatever the brief says.
- 02
Say no early
Most of the diagnostic is spent ruling processes out. Telling a client in week two that a process is not worth automating costs us a build and saves them a year.
- 03
The limit is the product
Where an agent stops, who approves it and how a bad run is undone are designed before the happy path. That is what makes the rest defensible in an audit.
- 04
Numbers name their scope
Every figure we publish states its period, its population and what it excludes. A percentage without a denominator is marketing, not measurement.
- 05
You keep what we build
Prompts, test sets, retrieval configuration and infrastructure code are assigned to you. No runtime licence. Nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
- 06
Europe, on purpose
Data stays in the EU and subprocessors are named. Not a marketing position — it is the condition most of our clients are actually operating under.
Who you actually work with.
No account layer. The people who scope your process are the people who build it, and the people who write the journal.
Five years, honestly told.
Including the year we changed how we work because an agent passed a demo and failed in production.

Studio founded
Two people, one retrieval project for a logistics operator.
- 2022
First agent in production
Tier one support triage, running against live tickets with an escalation path.
- 2023
Test sets became standard
After an agent passed a demo and failed a Monday. Every engagement has carried one since.
- 2024
Supervision included
Ninety days after go-live added to every build, once we saw where drift actually appears.

Embedded studio
A retainer for teams building a portfolio rather than a single agent.
Bring us a process.
Two weeks of scoping tells you whether it is worth an agent. If it is not, we say so and you keep the analysis.
