Three ways in, priced before you start.

Two fixed-price projects and one monthly retainer. The unit is stated on every plan, because they are not the same unit — and what each price excludes is written down further along the page, not discovered later.

Diagnostic

For teams weighing up whether an agent is worth building at all.

4,900 EUR

Fixed price, two weeks

  • Business workshops and process mapping
  • Three use cases, ranked by value and feasibility
  • Technical feasibility against your actual systems
  • A quantified estimate of the gain, with its assumptions
  • A six-month roadmap you keep either way

The fee is deducted in full if you go on to a First agent within three months.

Book a diagnostic Slots open. Start within two weeks.

Embedded studio

For teams building a portfolio of agents, not a single one.

9,500 EUR / month

Monthly, from three months

  • A dedicated product and engineering pair
  • New agents on a rolling basis
  • Observability and monthly business reviews
  • Training so your own team can take over
  • On-call and fixes included

Thirty days notice, no exit fee. Everything built is yours, including prompts, test sets and infrastructure code.

Talk to the studio By application. Two clients per quarter.

Prices exclude VAT and exclude model inference and hosting, which you pay your own provider directly. What that costs.

What changes between them.

Grouped by the four things that actually differ. Everything not listed here is the same in all three.

For the people who sign.

Vendor review is part of the work, not an obstacle to it. Here is what we can tell your legal and security teams before the first call.

Contracting
Framework agreement plus a statement of work per engagement. We can work from your paper.
Data protection
DPA signed before any access. Subprocessors listed by name. Data stays in the EU.
Security review
We complete questionnaires and take part in vendor assessment. Not certified against ISO 27001 or SOC 2 — we say so plainly.
Payment
Fifty percent on signature, fifty on go-live for projects. Monthly in arrears for the embedded studio.
Ownership
All deliverables assigned to you. No runtime licence, no lock-in clause.
Insurance
Professional indemnity in place. Certificate on request.

The questions that decide it.

Why is the first agent a fixed price when the scope is not known yet?

Because the diagnostic settles the scope before the build starts. The fixed price applies to the process agreed at the end of the diagnostic. If you change the process mid-build, we re-estimate rather than absorb it quietly.

What happens if the agent does not hit the numbers?

The test set is agreed before the build, so the target is not a matter of opinion. If an agent misses it at go-live, we keep working at our cost until it passes or until we jointly conclude the process is not suitable — in which case you keep the test set, the integration work and the report.

Do I need the diagnostic before a first agent?

No, if you already have a clearly defined process, a named owner and access to the systems involved. Most teams do not, which is why the diagnostic fee is credited in full against a build started within three months.

What is not included in these prices?

Model inference and infrastructure hosting, which you pay directly to your provider so the cost stays visible and portable. We estimate it during scoping. For the agents we run today it lands between 40 and 600 EUR a month depending on volume.

Who owns what we build?

You do. Prompts, test sets, retrieval configuration and infrastructure code are handed over and licensed to you outright. There is no runtime licence and nothing stops working if you stop working with us.

Can we cancel the embedded studio?

Thirty days notice, no exit fee. Agents already in production keep running — they are on your infrastructure, under your identities.

Do you work with our procurement and security teams?

Yes, and we expect to. We complete security questionnaires, sign DPAs and take part in vendor review. Our data handling, subprocessors and retention posture are set out on the security page.

Do you offer a discount for a longer commitment?

Not on the project fees. Embedded studio engagements of a year or more are negotiated case by case, and the discount is stated in the contract rather than applied as a closing tactic.

Start with the cheap step.

Two weeks, 4,900 EUR, credited in full against a build. You leave with a ranked shortlist and a roadmap whether or not you continue.
