Free, 45 minutes
Let us talk about your first agent.
Describe the process that costs your team the most time. We come back with a first read and an order of magnitude. No commitment either way.
After you send it
What happens next, in order.
- 01 Within one business day
We reply with a first read on the process you described, and say whether we think an agent fits.
- 02 The call, 45 minutes
We walk through the process, the volumes, the tools in place, and the constraints. No slides.
- 03 Within a week
You get a short written note: what we would scope, what we would not, and an order of magnitude.
- 04 Only if it fits
A diagnostic proposal. If we do not think an agent helps, we say that instead and there is no proposal.
A diagnostic makes sense when
- A repetitive process somebody can already describe end to end
- Volume worth measuring, roughly from 200 cases a month
- An owner inside the business who can answer questions
- Tools with an API, or a willingness to open one
It probably does not yet when
- A process two teams still disagree about
- A general wish to “add AI” with no target process
- Work that changes fundamentally every quarter
- Data nobody has permission to use yet
